Google Chrome and Tegrity Playback
Starting with the latest update of Google Chrome (23) Google is now blocking the plugins required for playback on Windows devices. If you are experiencing issues with Play back in Google Chrome, please follow these directions to re enable the plugins. Alternatively, you can use either Firefox or Internet Explorer*.
Also a reminder, that Google Chrome will not work at all on Mac OSX devices because Chrome does not allow Silverlight. Apple users need to use either Safari or Firefox.
*Note: On Windows 8, please ensure you are using the desktop version of Internet Explorer which has the address bar on the top, not the touch friendly version with the address bar on the bottom.
