A friendly reminder from the HelpDesk and iT staff regarding mulitmedia needs and requests.
Please plan far enough in advance to have a HelpDesk request made for multimedia carts, projectors, setups, etc. at least one week in advance of an event, teaching experience, or meeting. While we attempt to meet the various needs on campus, we cannot guarantee having equipment or staff available on short notice if your request comes in only hours or the day before the event.
