Ooops,
"Sorry, you can't access the application. You'll be able to login using the application if your institution licenses Blackboard Mobile Learn. Or, Sprint users can use Blackboard Mobile Learn at no cost to the institution due to a partnership between Sprint and Blackboard."
I got this message after trying to login over wifi. Yet another reason why Blackboard is sub-par.
The free version of the Blackboard Mobile Learn app is only available for iOS devices over Wifi. Sorry for the confusion.
