The HelpDesks on both campuses have been getting requests for instructions on redirecting WebMail to personal accounts. This is a direct result of the email address/account change that took effect Nov.1, 2007.

Something drastic has to be done to promote/encourage our students to check their new smumn address. Last Thursday I sent out a reminder and room details to my seminar class of 28 students. I asked who had read the room info and only 5 (18%)students knew the room we were assignment before they appeared on campus. It has made communicating with our program students very very difficult. --- Abeln
